GuLP
GuLP is a communication app that lets nonspeaking and minimally speaking children tap buttons on a screen to speak out loud. Speech-language pathologists designed it around whole phrases alongside single words, so a child can say a full phrase in one tap or build a sentence word by word, depending on their communication style and how they feel that day.

Option Three was founded after our clinical team spent years watching children get handed communication devices that did not match how they were learning language. Between a third and a half of those devices end up abandoned. We started the company to change that number.
Our team includes practicing speech-language pathologists who use these tools with children every week. They set the clinical direction of the product, and our engineers build to it.
